Modern Era
		
			- The Princess and the Frog (2009)
				
					- A woman desperate to get her restaurant going ends up tangled up in a voodoo curse that just might, in the end, give her everything she wanted.
 
- Tangled (2010)
				
					- A shut-in locked in a tower, a thief looking for the cash to buy his own island, and an adventure that will change the dreams of both.
						
					
 
- Brave (2012)
				
					- The first princess included in the collection from Pixar, we take a dive into this celtic-influenced film.
 
- Frozen (2013)
				
					- Two sisters, a frozen kingdom, and an act of love that could save them both make this a solid movie in the Disney canon.
						
					
 
- Moana (2016)
				
					- The daughter of an island chief has to head out into the ocean to restore a goddess and save her island in this fantastic heroine's journey.
						
					
 
- Raya and the Last Dragon (2021)
				
					- She's not technically a princess but she goes on a very princess-like adventure to save her homeland.

					- Disney plays with the conventions of their own Princess stories with this charming live-action / hand-drawn bybrid film.
						
					
 
- Wreck It Ralph (2012)
				
					- He's a video game villain that wrecks things, looking to be a hero instead. His adventures through the arcade lead to a grand adventure.
